The plaintiff employer, Kirk & Blum, appeals from an order of the circuit court awarding benefits to the claimant, Glen E Chambers, for permanent total disability under the Workmen’s Compensation Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1965, ch. 48, par. 138.1 et seq.) (hereafter the Act). The sole issue on appeal is whether the circuit court had jurisdiction to review the cause. We reverse.
