Plaintiff filed separate applications for adjustment of claim against respondent for two different injuries. Although a single arbitration hearing was held, both the arbitrator and the Industrial Commission (Commission) issued separate written decisions in each case. Respondent, nevertheless, sought review by filing a single request for issuance of summons in the circuit court incorporating both Commission proceedings.
