Two appeals are presented here upon a single reporter’s transcript; one is taken from conviction of four counts of violation of section 26104, subdivision (a), Corporations Code, 1 and from order denying new trial (our No. 2nd Crim. 8298]; the other from order revoking probation which had been granted in another case after plea of guilty of violation of said section 26104, subdivision (a), and from judgment rendered on February 1, 1962, in said cause (our No. 2nd Crim. 8297).
