The purported last will and testament of Mrs. M. J. Rockafellow of Garland County, Arkansas, was on January 10, 1934, presented to and probated in common form before the probate court of-Garland County. Mrs. Rose Scruggs and F. J. Carroll were tbe subscribing witnesses to the will, and they subscribed the necessary affidavit of due proof of execution. On January. 13, 1934, William B.
