—(After stating the facts).—The purpose and command of this writ are that the election inspectors and clerk of each election district of Putnam County shall properly, correctly and accurately tally and count, and proper, correct and accurate return make of all the votes cast in the primary election held on June 6, 1916, for the several candidates for nomination by the Democratic Party as its candidate for the office of Governor of the State of Florida, to be voted for at the next ensuing general election, so that such returns from the respective election districts will properly, correctly and *205…
