(Safway Scaffold), original defendant and third-party plaintiff, from a judgment granted in favor of third-party defendants, Safway Steel Products, Inc. (Safway Products) and Swain Restoration Company, Inc. (Swain), on the appellant’s claims for indemnity and contribution.
