This is a declaratory judgment action brought by Thomas S. Byrne, Inc. and its liability insurance carrier, Commercial Standard Insurance Company, against Sam P. Wallace Co., Inc. and its insurance carrier, Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, and General Motors Corporation and its insurance carrier, Royal Indemnity Insurance Company, for the construction of certain indemnity provisions in a contract between Wallace and General Motors.
