Defendants, sued as Trustees of the property of the Lehigh Valley Railroad Company, debtor, moved for summary judgment in their favor on the ground that the within action was barred by an order entered in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in the reorganization proceeding involving the Lehigh Valley Railroad Company.1
