On May 24, 1999, defendants filed nine separate motions for summary judgment, detailing their beliefs that they are entitled to judgment as a matter of law on all of plaintiffs’ claims which have been given class action status by the Court. Specifically, these are Counts IV, V, and VI of Plaintiffs’ Second Amended Complaint. Counts I and II of that complaint relate to breach of contract claims as to named defendants only.
