OPINION BY STABILE, J.:
*1033 Appellant, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, Inc., appeals from the April 21, 2015 judgment against it on the bad faith claim of Appellee Daniel Berg, individually and as the executor of the estate of Sharon Berg a/k/a Sheryl Berg. 1 We vacate the judgment and remand for entry of judgment in favor of Appellant.
The trial court recited the following facts in its June 21, 2014 opinion and verdict:
