GANEY, Circuit Judge.

On March 7, 1961, Emmet F. Woods, while a resident of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, made application to defendant insurance company for a policy of life insurance. Contained in the application are various questions which he answered concerning his past health history and medical consultations.1 He designated his wife, Odessa Woods, as beneficiary and stated that his last previous occupation was the “U.S. Army”.
