*1933. The assignment of error complained of the judgment of the trial court refusing to grant an interlocutory injunction. The controlling question is as to the constitutionality of an ordinance of the City of Atlanta which provides for the segregation of residences; the design of the ordinance being to require white persons and persons of color to reside in separate blocks.
