ORDER

DAUGHERTY, District Judge.

Upon consideration of the Plaintiff’s Motion to Remand, the Court finds that the same should be denied. The Plaintiff is a citizen of Oklahoma. The Defendant, St. Louis Fire and Marine Insurance Company, is not a citizen of Oklahoma and has removed the case from the state court to this court. None of the other defendants have been served with summons.
