This matter is before the court on a motion filed by Murfreesboro Production Credit Association (hereinafter referred to as “creditor”) to reopen this closed bankruptcy case in order to allow the creditor to proceed against a security interest in $40,-776.42 received by the debtor in settlement of a Cannon County, Tennessee lawsuit.
