MEMORANDUM OPINION

On October 16, 1980, debtors filed their joint voluntary petition in bankruptcy. Pri- or to the first meeting of creditors conducted under section 341(a) of the Bankruptcy Code, plaintiff bank filed its proof of claim herein and attached thereto copies of all of the promissory notes which were at the time allegedly owing by debtors to plaintiff bank as well as exhibits allegedly showing valid perfected security interests in certain real and personal property.
