Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Tompkins County (Sherman, J.), rendered June 20, 1994, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of sodomy in the first degree, sexual abuse in the first degree and endangering the welfare of a child.

In March 1994, defendant was indicted on one count each of sodomy in the first degree, sexual abuse in the first degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
