MEMORANDUM DECISION RE DISMISSING ADVERSARY PROCEEDING FOR LACK OF SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION

The plaintiffs commenced this adversary proceeding seeking to have this court de termine that certain deeds of trust on 3210 Volta Place, NW, Washington, D.C., are invalid and unenforceable and that the creditors holding those deeds of trust have no liens against the property.
