P.S.L. (Mother) appeals the termination of her parental rights to her daughter, T.A.S. On appeal, Mother contests the sufficiency of the evidence to support the trial court’s determination that termination was appropriate on the grounds of failure to rectify and parental unfitness, the adequacy of the court’s finding on one of the best interest factors, the sufficiency of the evidence to support the court’s finding that termination was in T.A.S.’s best interest, and the denial of her motion for new trial on the basis of newly-discovered evidence.
