Plaintiff, Melodie Starita Boyce, Ed. D., (“Boyce”), brings this cause of action alleging employment discrimination based on sex, disability and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”); 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981a, 1988, 1 12101 et seq.; New York Executive Law §§ 296 et seq.; and the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, 29 U.S.C. §§ 2601 et seq.
