Appellant Adin Torres Garcia appeals the district court’s denial of his request for attorneys’ fees after a jury awarded him damages on his wrongful termination and fraudulent inducement claims against Ap-pellee Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. (Sunbelt). For the reasons stated below, we AFFIRM the district court.
