Before the Court is the Complaint of International Fidelity Insurance Co. (“International”) seeking an Order denying the discharge of Debtors’ obligation to it under bonds issued to secure payment and performance by Metro UTC (“Metro”) of construction contracts with various municipalities. Debtor Anthony J. Marques (“Anthony”) is the owner and principal of Metro. Both he and his wife Elena, who has no involvement in Metro, guaranteed repayment of any draw on the bonds.
