In this administrative case, the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) alleged that respondent, a teacher, had violated the TSPC’s administrative rules in numerous ways. After a hearing, an administrative law judge (ALJ) issued a proposed order determining that respondent’s conduct did not violate any TSPC rules.
