Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Elbert C. Hinkson, J., at suppression hearing, jury trial, and sentence), rendered April 21, 1988, convicting defendant of four counts of sodomy in the first degree and 12 counts of sexual abuse in the first degree and sentencing him to concurrent indeterminate prison terms of from 8⅓ to 25 years for each sodomy count and 2⅓ to 7 years for each sexual abuse count, unanimously affirmed.
