OPINION AND ORDER DENYING PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS
GADOLA, District Judge.
Petitioner, Henry Lee Hence, Jr. (“petitioner”), presently confined at the Gus Harrison Correctional Facility in Adrian, Michigan, seeks the issuance of a writ of a habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254.
