On February 10, 1999, this Court issued an opinion and order denying petitioner Henry L. Hence Jr.’s application for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. See Hence v. Smith, 37 F.Supp.2d 970 (E.D.Mieh.1999). A judgment was entered in accordance with said opinion on the same day. Petitioner has now filed several post-judgment motions.…
