This is an original proceeding in this court to review an award of the State Industrial Commission in favor of the claimant therein, respondent herein, against the .petitioner herein.
It is admitted that the claimant, while in the employ of the petitioner, received an accidental personal injury arising out of and in the course of his employment, which resulted in the total and permanent loss of his right eye.
