Defendants the Trustees of Columbia University in the City of New York, sued here as Columbia University (“Columbia” or the “University”), Michael Janeway (“Janeway”), and Andras Szanto (“Szanto”) (collectively, “Defendants”) have moved for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, dismissing the amended complaint of plaintiff Linda Olle (“Olle”), who is proceeding pro se.
