Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Goldman, J.), rendered July 28, 1983, convicting him of robbery in the first degree (three counts), robbery in the second degree (three counts), burglary in the first degree, rape in the first degree, and sodomy in the first degree (three counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial of the defendant’s motion to suppress certain physical evidence, incriminating statements and identification testimony.
Judgment affirmed.
