— Appeal by the People from an order of the County Court, Westchester County (Leary, J.), dated June 16, 1987, which granted that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress identification testimony. The People’s notice of appeal from a decision of the *409same court, dated September 24, 1985, is treated as a premature notice of appeal from the order.

Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law and the facts, that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress identification testimony is denied, and the matter is remitted to the County Court, Westchester…
