Sidney Mills slipped and fell on a staircase on premises leased by A. B. Dick Company of Detroit, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of A. B. Dick Company, from Continental Assurance Company. He and his wife, Sylvia, commenced this action against the companies named to recover compensation for their damages.
