RICE, District Judge.

This suit is for damages for personal injuries filed by plaintiff against B. D. Jordan, herein referred to as “Motor Carrier,” operating under a certificate of convenience and necessity issued by the Corporation Commission o.f the State of Oklahoma, wherein is joined' as defendant the Insurance Carrier that executed the bond required by law to be filed by the Motor Carrier before the issuance of the certificate.
