The plaintiff, Romeo Sevigny, appeals from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after a jury trial on his negligence complaint, in favor of the defendants, Dibble Hollow Condominium Association, Inc., a non-stock coiporation (Dibble Hollow), Thibodeau Management Services, Inc. (Thibodeau), and Theodore Vancour, doing business as Ted’s Lawn Service (Van*308cour).1 On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly (1) charged the jury on negligence and (2) ruled on two evidentiary issues.
