The dispositive issue in this appeal is whether the trial court improperly admitted evidence of unrelated conduct between the defendant and automobile dealerships who were not parties to the litigation. The plaintiffs comprise three groups of automobile dealerships: the Newman group;1 the Hoffman group;2 and the Morande group3 (dealerships).
