The plaintiffs Bernard and Helen Zelinger are husband and wife and the parents of the minor plaintiff Lucille Zelinger. Their complaints allege they are residents of Illinois and on August 4, 1964, Helen Zelinger was driving a car owned by her husband in which the minor Lucille was a passenger. Through the negligence of an employee of the defendant State Sand & Gravel Company, which is insured by the defendant Royal Indemnity Company, both Lucille and Mrs. Zelinger were injured.
