TransCore, LP and TC License, Ltd. (collectively “TransCore”) appeal from a final judgment of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas that was entered upon the district court’s grant of summary judgment. See Transcore, LP v. Electronic Transaction Consultants Corp., No. 3:05-CV-2316-K, 2008 WL 2152027 (N.D.Tex. May 22, 2008).
