DeAngelo Marine Exhaust, Inc. (“DeAngelo”) appeals from the denial by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida of DeAngelo’s motion for judgment as a matter of law (“JMOL”) as to invalidity and infringement of U.S. Patents No. 5,740,670 (“'670 Patent”) and No. 6,035,633 (“'633 Patent”) owned by Woodrow Woods (“Woods”) and exclusively licensed to Marine Exhaust Systems, Inc.
