Plaintiff Beverly Cassidy appeals from the grant of summary judgment for Defendant Detroit Edison Company on her claim for employment discrimination under the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 12101-12213 (West 1995) and the Michigan Handicappers Civil Rights Act (MHCRA), Mich. Comp. Laws Ann. §§ 37.1101-37.1607 (West 1985 & Supp.1997).
