In this Adversary Proceeding the Plaintiff seeks a determination that a debt owed to him by the Debtors, the Defendants in this matter, is excepted from discharge, primarily pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a) (4.) but alternatively, pursuant to Sections 523(a)(2) and (6) as well. 1 Presently before the Court is Plaintiff’s Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings or, in the alternative, Motion for Summary Judgment filed at Document No. 18 (“Motion”).
