The matter before the Court is a Complaint filed by Violet Louise Rose and William Rose (“Plaintiffs”), Personal Representatives of the Estate of Katherine Marie Lee, seeking a declaration of non-dischargeability of debt allegedly owed to the Estate of Katherine Marie Lee by Debtors Michael W. Davis (“Michael”) and Sheila A.
