In this toxic-tort, failure-to-warn case, plaintiff appeals from summary judgment dismissing her survivorship and wrongful death complaint against defendants Shell Oil Company, Exxon Corporation, Amoco Corporation, CITGO Petroleum Corporation, Chevron U.S.A., Inc., Texaco, Inc., Sun Company, Inc.
