Statement of Facts
In July 1972, Richard C. Voorhies and Roosevelt Browne Greene became associated in the practice of law. A personal and professional friendship thereafter resulted in the formation of a law partnership. The firm grew, and apparently flourished; other attorneys appearing herein as defendants and appellants became members of the firm.
