On October 3, 1980, defendant was convicted by a jury of breaking and entering with intent to commit criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.110; MSA 28.305, and first-degree crimi nal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520b(l)(f); MSA 28.788(2)(l)(f), and was subsequently sentenced to concurrent terms of from 7-1/2 to 15 years and 10 to 20 years imprisonment. He appeals as of right.
