This matter is before the court on defendants’ three pending motions. Defendants move for partial summary judgment on two aspects of plaintiff’s complaint. In the third motion, defendants seek to strike plaintiffs jury demand and request for punitive damages as they relate to Count VII of the complaint. For the reasons stated below, all of defendants’ motions will be granted.
