MEMORANDUM OPINION
THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Petition for Letters of Administration filed by IRAN HODGE, son of, GWENDOLYN LORETTA LEDEE, the above-named decedent. Accompanying the *39Petition for Letters of Administration are a Certificate of Death, a Petition for Post Mortem Examination and an Affidavit.
