THIS MATTER is before the court on a Petition for Appointment of Administrator and for Other Relief which was filed by Austin A. DeChabert, Jr. (hereinafter “Petitioner”), son of Austin A. DeChabert, Sr. (hereinafter “Decedent”) and heir to his estate. The Court issued an order on May 22, 2000, asking the petitioner to clarify certain issues.
