ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO ASSUME EXECUTORY CONTRACT

This matter is before the Court on the Debtor’s Motion to Assume Executory Contract and on an Objection to Debtor’s Motion to Assume Executory Contract filed by Jim and Anne Taylor. After notice a hearing was held on July 6,1995.
