I. Introduction
Plaintiff Matthew Mooney is the former employee of an insurance company and has sued the parent and several of its subsidiaries,1 asserting antitrust claims under § 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1 (Count I), and New York’s Donnelly Act, N.Y. Gen. Bus. § 340 (Count II).
