The commissioner made an award of compensation to the plaintiff-claimant, from which defendants appealed. The Superior Court reserved the case upon the finding of the commissioner for the advice of this court. On December 23d, 1926, the plaintiff was and had been for less than two weeks prior to this date in the employ of the defendant-employers and at work upon the State highway in the town of Cheshire.
