Affirming.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the- Pike circuit court entered upon the verdict of a jury whereby the appellant, Bob Vanover, was found guilty of the offense of unlawfully having in his possession intoxicating liquor, to-wit: “moonshine” whiskey, and his punishment fixed at a fine of $200.00 and confinement of thirty days in jail. The prosecution was by warrant issued by the judge of the Pike quarterly court. On- his trial in that court the appellant was convicted; and his subsequent conviction under the warrant in the circuit court resulted…
