This case comes before us upon a petition for a declaratory judgment and the answer thereto, asking us to interpret section 6 of the Act of June 7, 1895, P. L. 167, as amended by the Act of March 30, 19'25, P. L. 92, and the Act of May 13, 1927, P. L. 1005.

The precise question is whether one must be engaged continuously and! exclusively in the business of undertaking to be entitled to a license to practice said business.
